We specialize in providing both classroom-style corporate training and corporate-retreat style training at resort destinations. Classroom-style trainings are great for allowing employees to develop competencies at a convenient location and pace.

Yes, we are a certified HRDC training provider and all of our trainers are certified HRDC trainers.
As per HRDC guidelines, each of our training sessions will be either 8 hours (full-day session) or 4 hours (half-day session).
Additionally, our more advanced programmes will consist of multiple training sessions, spanning from a few days to a few weeks. Depending on the requirements of our clients and the availability of our trainers.
One aspect that makes 6Xers Consulting so great is our portfolio of experienced trainers with backgrounds from various industries. Hence, we will be able to match the right trainer with your company, to ensure that they provide industry-specific best practices and proven strategies that can be adjusted to fit your company’s business or operating models.
All of our training programs are designed to encourage two-way communications, between the trainers and participants, and engagement among the participants themselves.
We believe the lessons best learnt are the lessons most practiced, and hence, collaboration, engagement, and activities are core values built into all of our training modules.For maximum effectiveness, we highly recommend face-to-face training sessions. However, this option is not always available, and therefore, we are able to customize our training outline to be suitable for hybrid sessions (mix of physical and virtual participants) or for fully virtual sessions.
The ideal participant size will vary depending on the programme topic. More advanced topics such as strategic leadership is suited for people managers and will include role playing, so we advise to maintain a medium size group of 15-20 pax. While our flagship topic such as wellbeing is suitable for all group sizes, across all seniority and experience levels.
